Committee Meeting Minutes 2008-11-06

Meeting 11/6/08 called to order 7:00pm
Raingutter Regatta Wake Forest Presbyterian church Nov 14 5-6:30 check in boats
races start at 6:30 starting with Webelos II and going down from there. boats $5.00

Popcorn update (online sales continue all year but the scout will not get credit for any sales after Nov 1)
Came in at $2600.00 under budget for popcorn. Some boys have not participated at all
Major focus next year will be to get 100% participation from all boys
Got rid of our overstock popcorn by trading with other packs.
ALL POPCORN WILL BE DELIVERD ON 11/14 AT THE RAINGUTTER REGATTA

TRAINING Update: All adult volunteers need to be trained properly Johanna Falkl/Pack Trainer will send out an update training chart and contact info to get started.

University of Scouting (big training weekend) had about 378 scouts attend. Had many different classes to choose from ranging from First aid to wildlife.
